The commissioner (referred as "you" or "client") is expected to read through my Terms of Service (referred as "TOS") before requesting a commission. The commissioner understands that violating these TOS will result in the cancelation of the commission.

You must be over 18 to commission me.

Human-made visual references (art work, sketches, photography etc.) must be provided by the client. No AI-produced references. Any design work will be paid separately.

Additional assets such as characters, animals, weapons, background will add to the initial price of the commission.

As the artist I hold the right to change my commission prices. These changes made will not affect the commissions in progress.

What I draw: Humanoid characters, ship art, mild gore, non-sexual nudity, and NSFW.

What I don't draw: Mecha, city landscapes, celebrities.

I retain the right to reject any commission.

You are NOT permitted to use my work to train AI.

You are NOT permitted to mint/sell the purchased art for NFT.

Waiting time for a finished commission piece is from a week up to a month.

Payment in euros (€) via PayPal. The client must pay 50% of the commission price up front before I start working. The rest of the payment is done before I send the finished piece. I will not start working before some payment has been done.

No refunds past the sketching phase.

All changes to the artwork must be done in the sketching phase. Any drastic changes past the sketching phase that will raise the price of the commission.

Commissions are for personal use only.

Unless stated otherwise by the client, I am allowed to post the commission on my portfolio and/or my social media with credits.

Should the client post the art piece on their social media, they must credit me.

I retain the copyright on my work.

I do not consent under any circumstances to my art being minted for NFTS, crypto-related business, or being used to train any kind of Generative AI model.

You are the owner of the character while I am the creator of the design and I am to be credited as such.

You may create and commission art of the design, but you cannot claim yourself as the creator of the design.

You may not resell or redistribute any of my designs. The design is for personal use only.

If you post the the artwork and/or design, you may not remove my watermark. If possible, please credit me for the design in commissioned artwork of the design.

I do not consent under any circumstances to my art being minted for NFTS, crypto-related business, or being used to train any kind of Generative AI model.
